Hire of the club is subject to the following conditions:
1. Cost of hire is £50 plus a deposit of £100 against brakeage.
2. No refunds if cancellation is within 2 weeks of booked date
3. Hire is from 7.30pm - Midnight
4. When asked by the club, adult supervision is to be provided by you for the duration of the event. If this is not possible the club will provide supervision at a cost of £40 to be paid in advance.
5. Damages to the club will be paid for in full by you.
6. The club is to be left in good condition following the event.
7. The club have the right to close the event early at any time they feel necessary with reasons being given by the head member of staff.
