Running from 27th to 29th July, the camp is open to ages 4 to 14 and is hosted right here at Eastbourne Rugby Club, alongside Eastbourne Sports Park. If your child plays for the club, this is a great way to keep them active, sharp, and in good company across the summer holidays.

The camp isn't three days of rugby drills. Instead, we use a mix of sports including basketball, cricket, football, dodgeball, frisbee and more to develop the skills that make a better rugby player.

Hand-eye coordination, fitness, body awareness, movement and decision-making all get a workout across three days of varied, high-energy activity. It's a great way to keep developing over the summer and arrive back in September feeling sharp.
