As you will all be aware this Sunday is our fundraising event at Morrisons Supermarket. The idea is to raise some funds to keep the cost of the tour to an absolute minimum, to that end all the boys going on tour are expected to attend. We will be offering to pack bags for customers but I have heard that they usually donate to stop us touching their shopping!

We will be meeting in the Morrisons car park at 10.30. They need to be wearing their match kit and trainers please, we are representing Eastbourne Rugby Club so as smart as possible. If they can’t brush their hair, maybe cover it with a scrum hat!?

The plan is to give it until 2.30pm and I know many of the boys will not last four hours without eating, so if they want to grab a bite to eat in the café for lunch can you make sure they have some money.

Some adult volunteers are required as all the coaches will be at the Sussex Festival, can you let me know what help you can offer?
