Known for their premium activity holidays, Neilson are a long standing friend of Eastbourne Rugby Club and we’re excited to be able to offer our young members the chance to shape their career.

Neilson’s company values align perfectly with those of the rugby club and we’re delighted they’ve chosen to develop this new and bespoke scheme with us to help off our young players (aged 18–24) from any background, regardless of academic success, an opportunity for full training and qualifications in areas such as watersports, mountain biking, tennis, fitness, or kids club roles.

This could be the dream career starter with roles based mainly in Greece, but also other locations including Croatia, Sardinia, and Turkey plus food, accommodation and holiday leave are all part of the package!

We’re looking to recommend 2–3 candidates per season to Neilson - candidates must be 18+, have a clear criminal record (for visa purposes), and show personality, hard work, and loyalty to the rugby club. Academic qualifications aren’t required.
