Eastbourne RFC is delighted to host a Harlequins Rugby Camp on 10–11 August 2026, giving young players the chance to learn from one of the country’s leading professional rugby clubs.

The 2 day camp is £105 per child, open to boys and girls aged 6–14. The camps are designed for players of all abilities – from complete beginners to experienced club players. Harlequins’ qualified community coaches deliver fun, engaging sessions focused on developing core rugby skills, confidence and teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment.
Throughout the camp, players will work on key aspects of the game including:
• Attack and defence principles
• Handling and passing skills
• Offloads and breakdown techniques
• Rugby-based games and challenges
• Teamwork and decision-making skills
Each day runs from 9:15am to 3:15pm, with a mixture of coaching sessions, games and breaks. Players should bring a packed lunch, refillable water bottle and suitable rugby kit, including boots and trainers.
Harlequins’ community programmes are built around creating a fun, safe and welcoming environment where young people can develop their rugby skills, make new friends and build confidence both on and off the pitch.
