Eastbourne RFC currently has three senior teams. The 1st XV play in Sussex Counties 2, the 2nd XV play in the Sussex Counties 4 and the 3rd XV play in Sussex Counties 5.

All senior sides train on a Tuesday and Thursday from 18.45hrs until 20.45hrs, under the senior coaching team of Adrian Norwood, Matt Pysden, Tom Buttle, Steve Clarke, Richard Barron, Tom Strange and Adam Cottingham
