All senior sides train on a Tuesday and Thursday from 18.45hrs until 20.45hrs, under the senior coaching team of Adrian Norwood, Matt Pysden, Tom Buttle, Steve Clarke, Richard Barron, Tom Strange and Adam Cottingham
